Context & Team:
Do you dream of diving into the world of Corporate Communication ? Fully integrated into the team and reporting to the Corporate Communications Senior Lead, you will play a key role in external communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will be shaping the corporate image, visibility, and reputation of ManoMano across Europe through various communication projects.
What You’ll Do:
As a Corporate Communications Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:
Monitor emerging topics:
- Monitor relevant news at European level to ensure that our corporate image is positive. Your work will have an impact on the company's global footprint, in France and abroad, by helping our teams to
- Find emerging themes that ManoMano can comment on and appropriate for its external communications.
Press relations:
- Support the management of the daily interaction with the PR agency in France (and support in other countries) to take advantage of all opportunities, write press releases and organize interviews.
- Identify and organize speaking opportunities and applications for prizes/awards.
- Write briefing documents and presentations for all spokespeople with key figures and messages.
- Contribute to the strategic development of written interviews with our different stakeholders
Writing and content:
- Own the company's LinkedIn editorial and publishing strategy for France, working cross-functionally with other teams.
- Work closely with the studio team on design issues to enhance the company's image.
- Work on the launch of the new corporate website in partnership with different teams

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a student in Master 2 (Bac +5) with a specialization in Communications, who has:
- Already worked as Communications expert
- Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, PlayPlay...)
- You’re customer-oriented and results driven
- You’re passionate about communication, as much about digital, events as producing or writing content
- You speak and write French and English fluently and your spelling is impeccable
- You have rigor, organization and analytical skills
- You are creative, curious and proactive: you are not afraid to take initiatives and you know how to juggle several missions at the same time
- You are autonomous and adaptable: you are able to work in a constantly changing environment and on several projects at the same time
- You have great teamspirit: you like to collaborate and share your ideas
