Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 2,600 seller partners and 7.5 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

As a Business Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team based in Spain, consisting of 6 members. You will collaborate closely with talented professionals to drive the growth of ManoMano's platform and elevate our seller partnerships.
Your Mission & Impact
- Top Prospect Negotiation: Hunt and close contracts with strategic sellers, ensuring alignment with ManoMano's goals and standards. 🤝
- Onboarding & Support: Oversee the onboarding process and maintain proactive support for new sellers, ensuring successful integration and performance for a period of 60 to 180 days.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytical tools (Qlik, Snowflake) to monitor seller metrics and develop short/mid-term action plans to reach targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales Operations, Marketing, Quality, etc.) to optimize strategies and enhance seller performance across platforms.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on seller performance metrics, including budget tracking and multi-platform activity. 📈

Objective: Double the Catalog by Year-End
Increase the business of the Spanish platform through new seller hunting and onboarding.
Explore opportunities to onboard sellers from other markets such as France and Italy, specifically targeting those who sell in Spain across other marketplaces. Focus on encouraging these sellers to expand their presence in Spain.
