We are recruiting a talented Inbound Seller Support Officer - Seller Support, where your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.

Your Mission & Impact 

As an Inbound Seller Support Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary link between the sellers and our warehouses 📦. 
- Managing inbound planning for 3 warehouses to ensure alignment with forecasted volumes and great slot availability for seller replenishments.
- Reporting to sellers on replenishment litigations and defining appropriate solutions for resolution.
- Following up on warehouse reception performance and litigations resolutions.
- Providing answers to sellers' queries regarding our logistics solutions.
- Organising stock pick-ups for sellers and booking transportation. 🚚

Expertise We Value

We're looking for candidates who possess the following skills and abilities:

- A Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in business, engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in e-commerce.
- Previous experience of 3 years in e-commerce, logistics, or support services is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Spanish, German, or Italian is a bonus.
- A 100% seller-as-a-customer orientation.
- Proactive, autonomous, and flexible, capable of thriving in a constantly evolving scale-up environment 🌟.
- A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Interest in logistics and a data-driven approach, SQL skills are a strong plus.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Willingness to work once per week at the Warehouse in “Seine et Marne” 77 at Châtres (transport costs will be compensated).
