Background
ManoMano is looking for an outstanding Worldwide Seller Coordinator to join its new Worldwide Sellers’ Partnership team.
Based in Paris, the objective of the team is to accelerate ManoMano’s growth by identifying, recruiting and supporting Chinese sellers to become successful in all our European markets.
As a Worldwide Seller Coordinator, you will act as a business advisor towards our high potential chinese sellers. Dealing on a daily basis with ecommerce savvy executives, you will build and drive exceptional relationships with them and help them rocket their digital business all around Europe through ManoMano.
Missions
Daily Operations Support
Manage and maintain scalable relationships with Chinese sellers, focusing on long-tail accounts.
Support sellers with daily operations, including ticket resolution, compliance guidance, and promotional campaign follow-ups (pricing checks, performance monitoring).
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to improve team productivity and seller satisfaction.
Business Development / Upselling
Assist sellers in expanding EU-wide operations and co-developing clear growth plans.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting additional services to drive margin improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve tools, and implement best practices for account management.
Profile requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
Data-driven profile with strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel; SQL is a strong plus.
First experience (6 months+) in sales, account management, buying, consulting, marketing, or merchandising is a strong asset.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce / retail environment.
Autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
