TEAM and Contexte
ManoFulfillment is a strategic pillar of ManoMano growth. It enables sellers - from all around the world - to benefit from ManoMano best in class transport and logistic experiences and grow their sales across Europe. When sellers join the ManoFulfillment program, they benefit from a sales uplift thanks to a better customer promise (free shipping, express delivery, large choice of delivery options, etc).
With a tremendous growth in volumes expected for the next 3 years, and a level of complexity on physical and IT flows that is increasing exponentially, ManoMano is recruiting a talented Inbound Supply Chain Coordinator - Seller support. Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.
YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the link between the sellers and our warehouses:
Manage 3 warehouses Inbound (incoming trucks) Planning to make sure we stay in line with forecasted volumes and offer great slot availability for our seller’s replenishments
Report to sellers on their replenishment litigations and define appropriated solutions to resolve the litigations
Follow-up on Warehouse reception performance and litigations resolutions
Answer to seller’s questions about our logistics solutions
Organise stock pick-up for sellers and book transportation
Projects & Initiatives
Launch initiatives to support sellers in improving the quality of their deliveries
Contribute to the creation and optimization of the team’s tools and processes (SOP, Emails templates, …) and participate in building up clear communication material for sellers
Perform analysis on our KPIs in order to drive continuous improvements
PROFILE
- Bachelor degree (Bac +3) in business/engineering or any other field with strong interest on ecommerce. - Previous experience of 3 years in e-commerce, Logistics or support services is a plus
- French and English (Spanish, German or Italian is a plus)
- 100% seller-as-a-customer oriented
- Proactive, autonomous and flexible (capable of working in a constantly evolving scale-up environment)
- Curious with a strong desire to learn
- Interest in Logistics
- Data-driven mindset & SQL skills will be a strong plus
- Team spirit and excellent relationship skills
- Possibility to be working once per week at the Warehouse in “Seine et Marne” 77 at Châtres (transport costs will be compensated).
