Within the Spain Sourcing team, you will report to the Market Lead and hold a position in a key growth unit at ManoMano. Your mission and impact
As a Business Developer Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Recruit and onboard our future sellers: Identify, pitch and negotiate with prospects to convince them to become partners.
Support merchant growth: Manage a portfolio of merchants, develop strategies for their growth, and maximize their satisfaction.
Analysis and optimization: Monitor merchant KPIs and propose improvement actions to ensure sustainable growth.
Strategic collaboration: Work closely with merchants to identify their needs and offer them high-value solutions.
Profile
Background from a business school or equivalent university education.
A first significant experience in commercial relations and e-commerce is a plus.
Commercial skills: Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and presenting to decision-makers.
Analytical skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
Languages: native Spanish and fluent English (French is a plus)
