Your tasks:
As part of the Spanish Key Account Management team, you will provide crucial support and play a key role in coordinating sales activities, analyzing performance and reporting at ManoMano.
Coordinating sales activities:
Facilitate the organization and management of promotional campaigns, working directly with the KAM team.
Identifying the categories, brands and products to be promoted in line with our sales strategy and the sales planning of the year.
Coordinating the retroplanning, creating the briefings for all the parties involved (marketing, acquisition, communication), meeting deadlines, and ensuring communication with internal teams and partners.
Analyzing results and proposing action plans to accelerate sales.
Account management & Business Development:
Support the KAMs in managing sales initiatives aimed at boosting seller performance and generating turnover.
Make suggestions for improving processes and provide usable recommendations for improving performance.
Help the Growth Team to identify key prospects in the Spanish market and have the first contact with them to be sure they can become stellar sellers for ManoMano.
Data analysis and reporting:
Analyze the sales performance of the marketplace in Spain
Build reportings directly for the Sales Director
This internship is an opportunity to develop your e-commerce skills by working for a leading French marketplace. The highly interesting tasks will enable you to quickly make a significant impact within your team. You'll be deepening your skills in project management, data analysis and commercial negotiation in the context of an E-Commerce pure player.
Your profile:
- You are currently pursuing your masters degree (or in a gap year) from a business/engineering school (or equivalent university),
- Autonomous and agile (able to work in a constantly changing environment),
- Curious, with a strong desire to learn,
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade in order to develop skills in commercial negotiations.
- Languages: native Spanish and fluent English (French is a plus)
- Previous internship experience in e-commerce and/or the retail sector is a major advantage.
