Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 11 million products, ManoMano currently employs 550 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

The position is attached to the Marketing & Communication department, within the Corporate Communications team.
Missions :
Fully integrated into the team and reporting to the Corporate Communications Senior Lead, you will play a key role in external communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will be shaping the corporate image, visibility, and reputation of ManoMano through various communication projects.
Press relations:
Support the management of the daily interaction with the PR agency to take advantage of all opportunities, write press releases and organize interviews.
Identify and organize speaking opportunities and applications for prizes/awards.
Write briefing documents and presentations for all spokespeople with key figures and messages.
Contribute to the strategic development of written interviews with our different stakeholders
Employee advocacy
Coordinate the animation of our LinkedIn ManoMano page (45 000 followers) with business and employer branding actions
Participate in the reinforcement of our corporate and employer brand through the creation of content and media (editorial content, visuals, videos)
Coordinate and boost our employee advocacy program through the use of our dedicated tool (Sociabble)
Profile required
You’re in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in both Communications
You’re passionate about communication, as much about digital, events as producing or writing content
You speak and write French and English fluently and your spelling is impeccable
You know how to work with AI and apply critical thinking to the results to use is the right way
You have rigor, organization and analytical skills
You are creative, curious and proactive: you are not afraid to take initiatives and you know how to juggle several missions at the same time
You are autonomous and adaptable: you are able to work in a constantly changing environment and on several projects at the same time
You have great teamspirit: you like to collaborate and share your ideas
