Context & Team:

Do you dream of diving into the world of Media & Marketing? You will play a big role in developing and executing innovative media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in major media channels, in top markets France, Italy and Germany. This is a great opportunity for a passionate media enthusiast to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-growing company, while tackling some challenging markets.

You will work within the Marketing department and actively collaborate with other internal teams (i.e. Brand, Seller Partnerships, Studio/Copy writing). We count on your creativity to elevate the brand awareness of ManoMano.

What You’ll Do:

As a Global Media & Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:

Media:

Support Global Media Manager with media tactic tasks to manage online and offline Media plans in priority countries (France, Italy, Germany), such as supporting Copywriters to create Audio and Video scripts, delivery of radio spots to different channels, coordinating with different teams to support high commercial period with Social Media activations, verify monthly invoicing.

Reporting/ Research:

- Reporting: Weekly performance monitoring of Social Media platforms (Meta: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Monthly report of the actions carried out, identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

- Support in gathering insights on competitors, market evolution, news monitoring, social media trends

Community Management & Social Media:

- Build ManoMano social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and Plan and manage the Editorial Social Media calendar for Germany

- Collaborate with our internal studio on the creative production of our social media content (design & writing) in accordance with our brand’s “tone of voice”

- Community Management: manage communities by answering questions, engaging with the community with weekly posts, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Master's student (1st or 2nd year) in Marketing, Communication or a similar field, who has:

- Excellent project and time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with great attention to detail

- A first experience on social media/community management/marketing

- A fearless and truly innovative touch - propose new formats, write social media briefs - and a real interest for new digital trends and means of communication

- Speak current English and German for daily tasks (minimum B2 level). Intermediate French mandatory.

- Some knowledge of data visualization dashboards, excel and/or social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
