Context & Team:
Do you dream of diving into the world of Product Management?
You will play a key role in our Operations train transforming purchase and aftersales experience to build lasting relationships with our customers.
As a member of the Product Operations team, the senior PM will be your mentor and you will support her to achieve the goals of the feature teams working hand in hand with Engineering, Quality and the rest of the Product team.


What You’ll Do:
As a Product Manager Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:

Product discovery:
Discover, analyze and understand the customer journey process in collaboration with the engineering and product team.

Product testing & delivery:
Translate needs into well-defined user stories, product specifications or bug tickets. You will support testing for feature delivery and participate in the agile rituals of the team plus the Agile framework of ManoMano.

Product data and analysis:
Understand required data to be created and analyzed to know your customer and link with the Data team to build it, identify opportunities in your scope and prioritize it.

Product communication:
You will learn how to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to your stakeholders and also how to communicate with Engineering teams.

Additionally, you will support Product Managers on transversal initiatives related to your scope of work when required.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a student in Master (Bac +4/+5) from a business school, who is:

- Curious: Even if you are not familiar with the marketplaces customer journey you are curious to learn more about it.
- Customer centric : You demonstrated a strong commitment to viewing situations from the customer’s viewpoint, ensuring their needs and concerns are prioritized.
- Analytical mindset: You are comfortable analyzing data (a knowledge of SQL would be a plus)
- Interested in new technologies like AI
- Communication: You can communicate fluently in English and French. You can listen and synthesize efficiently.
- Soft skills: You have developed empathy, you are kind, thoughtful and diligent.
- Bonus :
         - E-commerce: You are familiar with e-commerce companies or marketplaces.
         - DIY: You enjoy DIY, gardening or home improvement and want to profoundly play                a role in the reinvention of this market.
