Your Future Team
You will be joining the dynamic Worldwide Sellers' Partnership team, based in Paris. This team is driven by the objective of accelerating ManoMano's growth by supporting existing sellers, particularly from China, to enhance their business performance across European marketplaces. A collaborative spirit is key, as you will work closely with account managers and engage directly with sellers daily. Your role will contribute significantly to the team's mission of fostering strong seller relationships and driving mutual success through innovative solutions.
Your Mission & Impact
As an intern - Promotion Project Coordinator Assistant, your contributions will be vital to the growth of our sellers:
- Analyze Seller Performance: Monitor and evaluate seller sales and operational performance, providing weekly reports to the Account Management team.
- Support Seller Needs: Maintain daily relationships with sellers by resolving queries and offering guidance to help them navigate local market regulations.
- Contribute to Key Initiatives: Assist in various projects that span promotional, legal, and financial aspects as well as contribute to cross-functional efforts.
- Develop Seller Potential: Utilize tools and strategies such as Mano Fulfillment, sponsored products, product management, and price optimization to enhance seller growth.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Propose creative solutions to optimize sellers' performance and improve Account Management processes. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost team efficiency.
Expertise We Value
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
6+ months of experience in e-commerce, sales, account management, purchasing, or marketing/merchandising
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Passion for the e-commerce and retail industry
Proficiency in Excel
Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
