Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 10 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

Your goal is to bridge the gap between complex problems and simple, high-impact solutions. You will navigate ambiguity, foster trust within your team, and ensure that what we ship creates actual value for our users and the business.
As a key player in the Specialist Offer organization, you are the architect of our marketplace's competition engine. You own the Offer Flow—the vital heartbeat of Price, Stock, and Shipping data.
Working alongside the Seller Self-care and Seller Services teams, you ensure that our tools don’t just exist, but actually empower sellers to stay competitive and drive massive volume.
Product Strategy and Impact
North Star Obsession: Your success is measured by two numbers: Active Selling Shelf (how many offers are live) and Speed of offer propagation (how fast we publish Seller offers) leading to increased Business Volume (BV).
Stimulate Competition: You don’t just move data; you design the environment that encourages sellers to offer the best prices and shipping terms.
Radical Simplification: You are a complexity hunter. You push to simplify the offer flow—both for the user and the engineer—because simple is fast, and fast wins.
Ecosystem Synergy: You sync perfectly with the Self-care and Services teams to make sure the seller journey is seamless from the moment they join to the moment they sell.
Product Discovery and AI Mastery
You can leverage all tools available as a mean to an end, to find patterns and connect ideas and to turn complex data int a story that align and identify most suitable solution.
Jira Product Discovery (JPD) is your Cockpit: JPD is your source of truth. You use it to manage the entire journey from identifying a problem to validating the final solution.
AI-Powered Productivity: You aren't afraid of the future. You use internal AI tools like Dust and Google AI suite to automate research, summarize feedback, and work 10x faster.
Data-Driven Intelligence: You are hands-on with the Datawarehouse. You don't wait for reports; you dive into the data yourself to find where we’re losing competitiveness.
Problem-to-Solution Expert: You master the art of turning complex business needs into clear, prioritized roadmaps that everyone understands.
Product Delivery and Innovation
High-Performance Flows: You partner with Engineering to build a real-time machine. When a seller changes a price, the customer should see it instantly.
AI for Sellers: You push for AI-based tools—like smart pricing suggestions or predictive stock alerts—to help our sellers work smarter, not harder.
Technical Lean-In: You challenge the way we've always done it. You work with engineers to streamline our architecture and kill legacy complexity.
Impact Verification: You are obsessed with the After. Once a feature is live, you track its performance relentlessly to ensure it actually moved the needle.
The Profile We’re Looking For
The Achiever Mindset: You have an Engineering or Business background and a get it done attitude. You care about outcomes, not just checking boxes.
We expect you to be the person who brings the people together, asks the difficult questions, and simplifies the path forward.
Master of Simplification: You can take a complex technical flow and explain it simply. You hate unnecessary steps.
Modern PM Toolkit: You are comfortable with SQL/Datawarehouse, you love JPD, and you are already experimenting with AI tools to boost your own productivity.
Collaborative Leader: You thrive in a team of teams environment, aligning your work with the Self-care and Services roadmaps.
English: You are fluent and comfortable in an international environment.

Marketplace Experience: You’ve worked on catalog flows, pricing engines, or logistics before.
Tech-Simplifier: You have a track record of taking a spaghetti system and turning it into a clean, scalable product
